What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
What size am I?
Sizing varies among our garments, so we recommend our " Size Guide " with product measurements. Measurements are in inches and centimeters. If you need more help, our team can answer all your sizing and fit questions. Email us at hello@amorandrosas.com , including your size and measurements, and we'll provide you with personalized advice.
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@amorandrosas.com . We gladly accept size or color changes, but we do not accept refunds. Please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package was lost in transit, please email us. Once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What does final sale mean?
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are those marked with a 30% or more discount.
Can't find the item you're looking for?
Send us an email to hello@amorandrosas.com . If it's a style from past collections, we can make it for you. Just keep in mind that production times are 8–10 weeks for hand-embroidered items. Other items may take 2–6 weeks to make.

Domestic Shipping
How much does shipping cost in Mexico?
We have several shipping options. Standard domestic shipping costs $190 pesos, and we offer express shipping for $250 pesos. You can also enjoy free shipping on purchases over $1,500 pesos with code AMOR2023.
If you require shipping to an extended national area, shipping is $370 pesos, and we do not offer express shipping.
How fast is your shipping?
We have several shipping options. Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express shipping takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping to extended areas of Mexico takes 7 business days. This service occasionally experiences delays.
Shipping to the United States
How much does shipping cost in the United States?
In standard service, shipping is $400 pesos.
How fast is your shipping?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the US; this typically takes between 8 and 15 business days. Please allow for delays as all shipments are made from Mexico City.
