Ordering

What currency are the prices?

Prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

How do I know which size will fit?

Please see our sizing guide. Our garments fit true to size, which may run on the smaller side. If you are unsure, please email erika@amorandrosas.com for help with fit.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to laura@amorandrosas.com if you need to make a change to your order. Once it is shipped we are unable to make any changes but we can later process a return or exchange. Please make sure your shipping address is correct to avoid delayed delivery.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Let us know right away so we can get it returned. Please avoid removing tags. 

What if my package is lost?

If your package has been lost in transit, please email us. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I order a custom dress for my bridesmaids or special occasion?

Yes, please reach out to us and we will set up a consultation with our product developer. 

Do you offer group discounts for bridal parties?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for bridal parties when 4 or more of the same garment is purchased. 

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Domestic Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

How fast is your shipping?

Shipping times vary based on location. US is typically 3-8 business days. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

International Shipping

We ship to:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) countries
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) countries
  • Duties and taxes may apply and are nonrefundable if a return or exchange is made.

Returns

What is your online return policy?

We accept returned items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Return shipping is free!
You have 30 days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the card used for purchase.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Please reach out to us and we will get you a return slip and send out the new item once the return is processed.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Garment Care

How do I care for my A&R items?

Please see garment cleaning care tag. We recommend going to an eco-friendly dry cleaner or hand washing. Do not iron embellishments.
