  1. What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are payable in US dollars (USD).

2. What size am I?

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using these tools to better determine your ideal size: ‘Size Guide’.

As a note, measurements are taken in inches. If you need more help, our team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - send us an email at hello@amorandrosas.com and include your typical size and measurements and we’ll provide individualized advice.

3. Can I change/cancel my order?

We will gladly exchange sizes but we don’t take returns. If you need to make a size exchange, please send us an email at hello@amorandrosas.com. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid any delayed delivery.

4. What if I received a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, contact hello@amorandrosas.com with a photo of the damage, as well as your order number. Please do not remove the tags. We’ll take care of you!

5. What if my package is lost?

If your package has been lost during transit, please email us. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to discounted items starting at 30% off.

7. I can’t find the item I’m looking for

Email us at hello@amorandrosas.com, we can produce it for you if it is within our current style catalog. Please consider that production times are 8-10 weeks for items with hand embroidery. Other items maybe can be manufactured in 2-6 weeks.


Domestic Shipping

  1. How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We offer a $10 ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 with code FREESHIPPING.

2. How fast is your shipping?

Shipping times may vary based on location. Within the continental US this typically takes 8 -15 business days. Express shipping is currently not available, since we ship out of Mexico City.

International Shipping

We ship to:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) countries

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) countries

  • Duties and taxes may apply and are nonrefundable if a return or exchange is made.

1. How do I care for my A&R items?

Please see our garment care tag for further instructions. We recommend going to an eco-friendly dry cleaner or hand washing.
